Lesson Packages
Flexible riding without a monthly commitment.
Lesson packages are designed for riders who need more flexibility than a recurring membership allows. Package lessons are scheduled based on availability and do not reserve a recurring weekly lesson time.
Please note: First time PCEA clients must book an evaluation lesson before joining any of our memberships or packages. The evaluation allows PCEA to determine the best fit for the riders goals, experience, and current abilities.

Attendance and late policy
-
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled lesson time so you have enough time to park, gather your belongings, and be ready to begin your lesson on time.
Your scheduled lesson time is the time your instruction begins. For riders who are responsible for grooming and tacking their horse, preparation should be completed before the scheduled start time.
-
If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time. Lesson time will not be extended to make up for late arrival.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, PCEA may determine that there is not enough time to safely conduct the lesson. In this situation, the lesson will be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable lesson or credit will be forfeited.
-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are considered late cancellations. The lesson will count as used and is not eligible for a make-up or refund.
-
Missing a scheduled lesson without notice is considered a no-show. No-shows count as a used lesson and are not eligible for a make-up or refund.
-
If PCEA cancels a lesson due to unsafe weather, facility conditions, horse availability, or another circumstance outside the rider's control, PCEA will offer make-up lesson times.
Our goal is to maintain a reliable schedule while providing every rider with safe, high-quality instruction. Thank you for respecting the time of our riders, families, horses, and trainers.
